Who says an Asphalt Paver is just for Laying Asphalt?

Take a look at this fantastic project completed by one of our customers in Bulgaria using a VÖGELE SUPERBOY 6-90 purchased from us!

Working across an enormous strawberry-growing operation, this little machine has helped construct OVER 10 KILOMETRES of pathways and access roads – saving the customer weeks of work in the process!

And here's the interesting part...

Rather than traditional asphalt, the Superboy was laying crushed aggregate, including material broadly equivalent to Type 1, with dust-to-20mm aggregate also used for topping the main access roads.

The material ran through the paver without problems, and the customer didn't even need to use the screed's vibrating system, with proper rolling required for compaction.
